Our letter of agreement will review all the details of what my services include, but here is a quick overview so you know what to expect:

  • 2-3 Prenatal Visits where we will discuss your birth preferences, past birth experiences, preferred comfort measures, and my back-up doula.

  • Unlimited phone/email support prenatally

  • 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks gestation until baby is born

  • Continuous emotional, physical and informational support through labor and delivery. Some examples of what this may include are:

    • Gentle touch + Massage

    • Words of affirmation

    • Mediation / Visualization Guidance

    • Acupressure and Counter-pressure

    • Insight into birthing process – what is normal/not normal, risks/benefits of interventions

    • Essential Oils / Aromatherapy (Optional for an additional fee)

    • Photography (Optional for an additional fee – You can view my photography work here.)

  • Up to 2 hours immediate postpartum support followed by:

    1. One postpartum visit + meal or bath soak gift package

    2. Unlimited phone/email support postpartum
