Evidence Based Birth® Class with Eryn Davidson Doula

A laid back and interactive 6-week class with Waco-based doula Eryn Davidson. The first and last session will be conducted in person in Waco, while the middle four classes are online. The structure of the class is conversational – We watch EBB videos on our own each week and then come together once a week to discuss them further. Along with the class comes:

• Personal mentorship and virtual support from Eryn, CD, through your prenatal, labor and postpartum period

• A visit in our last session with a local expert in related topics such as childwearing, lactation, postpartum support, pelvic floor therapy and more (different for each class offering)

• 10% discount code for Eryn Davidson Doula / Life In Bloom services

• Five weeks of online videos for you and your partner to watch together + an actual physical book that is packed with valuable info. You can choose either 3 or 6 months of access to the online materials.

• List of all of Eryn's local resources – From chiropractors and massage therapists to pelvic floor therapists and IBCLCs.
